Earlier this week, the Dover House Singers met for the first rehearsal of the new term.

After catching up on the exciting summers everyone has enjoyed, it was time for a warm up and the first stab at some new pieces – including If Ye Love Me by Thomas Tallis and Siyahamba, a South African hymn.

There’s still lots of time to join in this term, so do get in touch if you’d like to come along.

After a well earned summer break, the Dover House Singers resume rehearsals this Wednesday 4th September at 8pm.

The start of a new term is always exciting as we start learning new songs together.

The autumn term runs through until Christmas and you can see the full list of rehearsal dates here.

A date for the end of term concert is still to be confirmed, but is likely to be early in the New Year.

Nothing beats a good sing-song and our 30-strong choir is always keen for new singers in south west London to join us.

The new term starts this Wednesday 4th September.

There are no auditions and you don’t have to read music. All that matters is you enjoy singing.
